Naval Air Base, Brunswick, ME
DMS will be performing the plumbing and HVAC for the new Radio Air Traffic Control and Tower at the Brunswick Naval Air Station. The new RATC is a single story 15000 ft² space that houses the electronics required to track all air traffic in the BNAS area. There is also a 100' tall Control Tower to monitor base air traffic.
DMS worked with the general contractor (J.N. Gray Construction) and Mechanical Engineer Leo A. Daly to bring the project into budget. This is a high profile project for the base and DMS is proud to be part of the construction team.
